Turnberry Solutions.

Agency:

This project was completed while working as a Senior Designer at Sussner.

Turnberry Solutions had evolved. Somewhere along the line, the brand stopped keeping up with the company. The goal was to close the gap between who they were and how they looked.

New name. Same company.

Turnberry Solutions was formerly ThreeBridge. The names were similar, and so were the visions, so the transition was impressively smooth. The core identity carried over (not something I designed). But somewhere in that evolution the brand stopped keeping up with the company. Turnberry had grown into something more sophisticated than what the materials had to offer. The goal was to close the gap between who they were and how they looked.

Guiding you through the twists and turns of business.

The logo came with the brand, and it was good. Three lines in motion, representing people, performance, and innovation.

My job was to figure out what everything else should look like around it. That started with a question: what does Turnberry actually do for a client? They guide their client's through the twists and turns of business. This statement rooted the "Turn" in their name into action, and now I just had to translate that metaphor visually.

One system. Infinite solutions.

How do you make an icon for 'Business Intelligence & Data Visualization?' How about 'Organizational Change Management?'

The answer is not that you can't. It's that you don't. Trying to explain these buzz words with an icon only makes them harder to understand, not easier. Instead, I built Turnberry a sustainable system of geometric, branded, and abstract icons that allow the verbiage to be the hero.

From 2D to 3D

Turnberry had a brand, but it didn't know how to use it. They were missing their personality. What started as flat, 2D assets evolved into a brand with substance, texture, and depth.

Business is not linear. It twists. It turns. It moves through complexity before it finds the path forward. I built six background families to represent that journey, each one available in navy, blue, and white, totaling eighteen variable backgrounds that can crop and adapt to any application. This small change made a huge difference in bringing their materials to life.

Turning the next page.

Turnberry is bright, steady, tenacious, and empowering. Those four words were not decoration. They were the filter every decision ran through. This evolution of Turnberry now reflects how it operates.
